Cleaning lady to business owner

When I moved to my place 13 years ago (thank God for this amazing gift which I call home), after a year and a half living here, I was looking for a good lady cleaning homes, asked for it for many weeks until one day I got out of my car in the parking garage and saw a young Spanish lady with a bucket and a broom, and I asked her “do you clean homes here”?
and she said “Yes”
Then I asked How much do you charge for cleaning 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, kitchen, small and tall windows in the balcony”?
She said “$70.00”
Then I asked “can you come on Tue 9am”? She said “Yes”
I gave her my phone number and texted her my apt information, we agreed to confirm the day before which we did, and we met again on Tue to get my place cleaned for the first time with her, for 4-5 hours she cleaned, we didn’t talk, I paid her $70+$20 tip by check, decided to clean again in 3-4 weeks, we set up a date and time and she left.
This is how it was for the next 4-5 times, in this 4th-5th times, she saw me always working from home, getting calls from all over the world, she saw the map of the United States with my dots and targets on my wall, and one day before she left after getting paid
She asked me “Tony, what do you do”? Which was the first question she ever asked me
Then I answered “I connect dots between companies and customers providing shipping and moving services in all over the U.S. and using my knowledge to create my own energy to achieve whatever I want”
She was impressed and asked “can you teach me too?”
I told her “of course, but to help or fix someone's situation, I need to know some information about that person, can I ask you some personal things”? She responded “Yes”
I asked her how old was she?
If she was married?
Any kids?
How was her English?
How many jobs she had?
How she is getting these jobs?
She answered “single, 1 kid, no man in her life, she lives with her son and mother, have 3-5 jobs per week, jobs come from word to mouth”
I told her you need to create a system that you will have teams working for you, and you will be collecting money and moving your employees around between jobs, that should be your goal”
she looked at me and smiled and loved each word of it
then I told her “but first, you must learn how to make your brain amazing and only then can you work on the business”
then she said “what do I need to do”
again we are talking about a Spanish woman, who understood 85% and spoke 35% English, I told her “you will need to watch a movie called The Secret, while watching it you will need to do a few things, I will tell you what to do, and you will need to read 2 books, I will buy you both books in Spanish if you want
she said Yes Please”
I said “OK, next time you will come to clean, I will give you the first book, meantime watch the movie and do these few things, and only then start to read the first book, once you are done with the 1st book, then I will give you the 2nd book.”
She said “OK”.
After she finished reading the 1st book, I gave her the 2nd book to read, and once she was done with it, I explained to her how to build a system and make it work by itself.
I told her to hire an employee that she trusts and is loyal 100%, teach that person everything she knows about cleaning, where to start, what to do, to make the customer happy, and move on to the next, then hire a 2nd employee and teach the same way, then once you have 2 trained, you give each a helper and get to a point of 2 teams, each team 2 ladies and your job is to book and make sure all is good with customers and employees are happy, once you know how to make a customer happy and make a profit from it, you just copy paste it again and again, and it will become a number thing, then you multiply it by thousands and connect all the dots and make it automatic.

Long story short, after the process that took 2-3 months, she became very smart, had a direction and purpose, had teams working for her doing cleaning jobs and bought a new car, and had a better life than before, and everyone can do and have the same, it is all about the mindset and how you think.
